BE:FIT LONDON 2015

We all want to be fit. If there is ever a need to kick start your motivation for being fit and healthy, I would highly recommend visiting BE: FIT LONDON. I attended Day 2 over the Bank Holiday weekend at the Business Design Centre in Islington to check out the UK’s only health, fitness and nutrition show dedicated entirely to women!

With over 140 exhibitors, an array of exciting classes and an impressive list of guest speakers there were plenty of brands to explore and activities to take part in. The show is it its 2nd year and it’s a great event to listen to talks from industry professional, take part in some of London’s hottest classes at the Reebok Fitness Studio or even get complimentary health checks. Some of the classes on offer? Yoga, Barre and even a BOOM Cycle Workshop! Well worth the ticket price!

I was lucky enough to make it to Victoria Pendleton’s talk on health and fitness. Victoria is absolutely gorgeous in person and a great role model for health and wellness, being Great Britain’s most successful female Olympian! It was a good talk to listen to before exploring what was at the rest of the event so I could get some motivation.

Also, BE: FIT LONDON is the only expo where you can dress up in your best sports gear! I wore (below) my Superdry leggings, North Face thermal top and Nike trainers. I also brought my Eastpack so I would have plenty of space to carry any supplements on sale!

One brand I was really excited to see at BE: FIT LONDON was Jason! Jason is stocked at Whole Foods and I used to use this brand back in the day when I went through a ‘all-natural, organic-only’ phase (which frankly, I really need to pick up again!). Jason makes a wide range of beauty products for everyday beauty needs including shower gels, moisturisers, deodorant, skincare and toothpaste. It’s also affordable so it makes living clean easy!

You can’t go to BE: FIT LONDON without picking up some goodies. Women’s Health will help you stay on track with fitness and nutrition goals all year round and I love love love SAVSE cold pressed juices (pretty sure I have consumed about 500 bottles through Boots Meal Deals). You get 2 of your 5 a day from the juices and they are very affordable for a cold-pressed juice. Another interesting and very hydrating refreshment that caught my eye was blk – the colour of the drink actually looks like coffee but it has absolutely no calories at all and no artificial ingredients. A win for sure!

I left with a lot of amazing products to help me get back on track. I have to admit that due to a hectic lifestyle I haven’t been taking care of my body as much as I should so BE FIT: LONDON has certainly inspired me to get back on course!
