Bank Holiday Style

What to wear? It’s the common question I ask myself every time I look into my closet despite having plenty of clothes to put on! My recent obsession has been with just baring the tiniest bit of skin with a crop top – either paired with high waisted jeans or with a midi skirt.

This time I have gone for a midi skirt that is sheer on the bottom from Topshop – I love the detailing on the skirt and the fact that it is a bit sheer as well. Sexy but classy at the same time!

I’ve paired it with a top from Primark that I picked up for only a fiver! And it shows just the tiniest hint of skin – best paired with something high waisted.

For accessories I have an adorable iPhone case from Claire’s with a pink flamingo and polka dots on it. It adds a bit of fun to the outfit and says to the world that I don’t take myself too seriously!

My watch is always Michael Kors and I’ve paired the outfit with a simple clutch bag from Biba, exclusive to House of Fraser. Along with the Pink Flamingo iPhone case, it’s the perfect bit of glamour and fun sprinkled in!

I love the clutch from Biba, it’s a lovely metallic silver with a touch of sparkle and rose gold zipper and logo. It’s the perfect size for carrying a wallet, iPhone, keys and a bit of make-up.

My jewellery is very minimal and make-up is also minimal – I’ve just added a red lip and a rose gold necklace from River Island.

Simple and easy – just like a Bank Holiday should be!
