Beauty Advent Calendars are becoming ever so popular year after year and they get better and better year after year too! I’m unboxing the mega-sized Lookfantastic Beauty in Wonderland Advent Calendar which is worth a whopping £300 but is only £79. A bargain indeed. The best beauty advent calendar is really worth investing in because you get so much for so little. So, shall we see what’s inside?

I love Pixi so it comes as no surprise that I think this is one of the best items in the Lookfantastic Beauty in Wonderland Advent Calendar! The little trio set comes with a Glow Booster (a liquid primer), a Beauty Blush Duo in Peach Honey (perfect for giving that winter skin a lift) and LipLift Max in Honey Sheen (satin finish but not drying).

Magnitone London Wipe Out Microfibre Cleansing Cloth
Oh me oh my! This actually takes off make-up in one swipe with just warm water. So, if you are in fact feeling a tiny bit lazy or don’t want to do a double cleanse then this washcloth is for you! You can also wash these and re-use them so no need for any make-up remover!

Omorovicza Queen of Hungary Mist
Oh this has to be one of my favourites in the advent calendar as well! I love Omorovicza products – I have their mud mask and it’s so good. This is a Limited Edition Queen of Hungary Mist which is a toning spritz that you can either use after cleansing or as a refresher during the day. This is going straight next to my desk for multiple spritz sessions throughout the day!

My lips get so dry in the winter and the best lip balm ever if you have really dry lips has to be Dr. Lipp Original Nipple Balm. Now you can really use this as a multi-purpose balm for just about anything – cuticles, dry patches on the skin, split ends. It’s really, really useful. I like to use it as a highlighter as well by just dabbing a bit on the top of the cheekbones. It’s brilliant and proven to help reduce skin roughness by 40% in one hour.

Redken No Blow Dry NBD Just Right Cream
I love my hair but it’s quite fine so sometimes it just looks limp. Enter the Redken No Blow Dry NBD Just Right Cream which helps normal hair by lifting it while smoothing at the same time. It also helps speed up drying time – I mean who has time to blow dry their hair these days anyways?

Elemis Pro Collagen Marine Cream
This is a total cult classic and the cream that Elemis became known for. I have used this cream before and it’s great – it helps to increase collagen and firm/plump the skin. What’s not to love?
This Works In Transit Camera Close-Up
I love products that multi-task and this is one of them! A mask, moisturiser and primer all in one none the less. This Works In Transit is a bit of a wonder product – it really does it all with a blend of plant oils and caffeine to rev up your skin for those tired days at work.

Molton Brown Gingerlily Body Wash
This Gingerlily Body Wash by Molten Brown is perfect for the winter months because it reminds me of HOLIDAYS on the beach! In fact, it was inspired by Tahitian shores to be exact. It’s a lovely scent, perfect for lifting you up on a cold winter day.

I love a luxurious mask and this is one of them! It’s lovely and luxe to put on and feels great on the skin. The formula contains natural fruit acids for exfoliation and I like that you just need to leave this on for 10 minutes or so for it to do the trick which is smoother and brighter skin!

Like shoes you can never have enough eyeliners in pens or liquid forms. Ciate makes a mean eyeliner pen as well – it draws on flicks that are totally on fleek.
Doucce Max Lash Volumising Mascara
Ah mascara. One of those desert island products that people say they can’t live without. I hadn’t heard of this brand before but the formula looks amazing and my lashes certainly looked longer and more voluminous after using this.
James Read Gradual Tan H2O Illuminating Tan Mist for Body
I love products that come in a mist form – it just makes life so much easier. This James Read H20 Illuminating Tan Mist is another must-have if you are feeling the winter is just too much. Why? Because it makes your skin glow! Simply spritz onto dry skin – the mist tailors the tanning result to your own natural skin colour. How good is that?

Crabtree & Evelyn La Source Hand Therapy
Well, well what do we have here? Just the absolute ultimate handbag hero if you ever did see one! Crabtree & Evelyn’s Hand Therapy creams can’t be beat – they aren’t greasy and they are the perfect size for on-the-go. A great stocking filler too!

First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream for Dry, Parched Skin
My skin gets super dry in the winter and sometimes it feels tight and uncomfortable. For those days I’m going to save this First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream for Dry, Parched Skin. It’s one of those products that we all need from time to time when our skin has had enough of the winter cold. You can use this on face or body so also makes it a good product to take travelling. Fortified with colloidal oatmeal, soothing eucalyptus and shea butter, it also defends against free radical damage -woohoo!

High Definition Eyeshadow Palette
Oh eyeshadows. Another thing you can never get enough of and especially this one because it’s got 5 colours that I’m sure I would use everyday of the year. A fabulous product and one of my favourites in this year’s beauty advent calendar.

Dr. Botanicals Moroccan Rose Superfood Facial Oil
Say the word rose and superfood and I’m hooked. I love products with rose in it – I guess I’m a classic kind of girl and also I’m into botanical brands with plant actives – such as the Dr. Botanicals Moroccan Rose Superfood Facial Oil. This is a lovely product and perfect to add to your winter nighttime skincare routine for an added boost of hydration and nourishment.

Did you know you need to exfoliate your scalp, just like your face? Healthy scalp means healthy hair – I mean, it makes sense doesn’t it? The Grow Gorgeous Scalp Detox is a scrub that you use pre-shampoo to deep clean the scalp and get rid of any product build-up. You can use it once a week and it feels really cooling and invigorating. Good to use in the morning when you feel a bit groggy!

Balance Me Flash Cleanse Micellar Water
Who doesn’t need a micellar water? No one raised their hand? Thought so. This comes in a handy little size as well which means I’m definitely taking it on the plane on my next long-haul flight!
Moroccan Oil Treatment for Hair
This is such a classic treatment for hair and one that has now obtained cult status. I love the Moroccan Oil Treatment for hair – it’s great to apply on the ends to prevent and/or treat split ends. Good for winter too!

Korres Wild Rose Advanced Repair Sleeping Facial
Ah I can’t resist a good sleeping mask. When I’m feeling lazy but my skin needs some love I always use a sleeping mask so can’t wait to try this one from Greek natural brand Korres. And it’s got Wild Rose in it…how could you not love it?

Another favourite in this box – this lipstick reminds me of the Lava Lamp of my teens with its swirls of colour. This has swirls of red and white making it a gorgeous pink berry colour on the lips!

Caudalie Vinosource Moisturising Sorbet
This moisturiser is such a good go-to product when you just need a no-fuss cream to soothe irritated skin. My skin gets irritated when I travel so this one will certainly be in my flight essentials bag when I do take that next long-haul! The gel-cream formula is just perfection.
As I’ve said many times before you simply cannot go wrong with endless make-up brushes. They all look and feel different, after all and this one from Lookfanstastic is a good all-rounder for blush, powder and buffing on foundation. Because we all need a good all-rounder don’t we?

Bellapiere Banana Setting Powder
I actually looked up this powder and it’s quite pricey so a luxe addition to the box indeed! This is a yellow-based powder that colour-corrects if you have any redness. It works a treat covering up spots!

I just don’t leave the house without my eyebrows and am always searching for the perfect eyebrow pencil so I constantly have five on the go at any given time. Well, here’s another one to add to the collection! It even has a built-in spoolie brush. I love Model Co, I even included them in my very own Australian-themed beauty box!
