Shoes, Shoes, Shoes! Top 5 List for Fall

Some say shoes make the outfit and I am a true believer in the power of shoes! Great shoes can change an entire outfit and give it life. I always say when thinking about what to wear start with the shoes first and build up from there.

I love shoes for all seasons and sadly had to say goodbye to my favourite wedge heels (below) for the summer now that we are coming into fall.

However in the fall and winter I turn to boots. Trendy boots, snug boots, warm boots – I embrace them all. There are some classics however that I don’t own but that I have had on my wish list for a while!

Timberland Women’s Icon (Wheat)

These are classics – made cool by the hip-hop generation. Timberland boots are amazingly sturdy and look tough but cool at the same time. These are just begging for me to slide my feet into them and put on a big puffy jacket. This is my weekend wish shoe for the winter. For other styles including Rieker boots see here.

Next up are these Jones Bootmaker Genara Loafers

These look amazingly comfy for the office and for walking around the city or jetting off to after-work appointments! Love the tassels and fringe detailing on these.

I love the sophistication of over the knee or knee-length boots. These come in black leather, black suede or brown suede – gorgeous! See other Ladies Boots styles here.

Clarks Women’s Hamble Oak Shoes (Dark Pewter)

These are lovely shoes to just slip on for a day at the office. These would go amazingly with smart trousers for work or could be paired with a dress as well. Skinny jeans also! Well, that pretty much covers everything.

I’ve been wanting a pair of Hunter boots since pretty much forever. I still don’t have a pair! Guess I need to wait for a rainy day and then make the purchase!
