As you may or may not have known from my first post here I have been using the Philips Lumea Prestige on my quest for being hair-free. Okay not completely hair-free but hair-free on the parts that matter!
It’s sometimes embarrassing to talk about body hair issues but I have been using this handy little device to not only target hair on the legs and underarms but also on the face. And by face I mean upper lip and chin. Okay I seriously don’t have a full beard or anything like that but the occasional annoying hair will pop up in those places and I have been working on blasting them away with the Philips Lumea Prestige.
The device is not cheap at £475.00 pounds but it’s really effective and good at removing stubborn hair. And it’s a heck of a lot cheaper than visiting a hair-removal clinic which can charge upwards of £1K for hair removal depending on the area of concern.
I also like the fact that the Lumea comes with attachments for both the body and for the face, making it very easy to target any area you want to.
It’s also not a big device and fits into a handy pouch. I think I imagined this device to be bigger than it actually is but it’s really quite small! With any hair-removal device you are not going to see immediate results – this is a process that requires 15 sessions at least which is not too bad if you are doing it on your own time in the comfort of your own home.
I’ve been really pleased with the results and have been using this for several weeks now. It’s a bit of an investment but one that is worth it if you are considering to pay for hair removal sessions anyways! And you can keep the device for life to use as needed and when you need it.
Also, if you act quickly you can get £100 worth of Boots advantage points on Philips Lumea SC2007 HERE! Valid from 12th October-8th November.
