Lookfantastic: Natural Beauty Edition Box

You can’t go wrong with natural beauty – you just can’t. Which is why I was so excited to get this month’s Lookfantastic Natural Beauty Edition box and discover it was all about natural beauty. I think it’s perfect timing really seeing as it’s spring. There is something about spring that makes you think of nature in bloom and so that brings us back to the natural beauty theme of this box! So what’s inside? Let’s find out…

Well first up there is a Pomegranate Sheet Mask from Vitamasques. Now if you follow me on Instagram @beautyrocksblog you will know that I am a huge fan of sheet masks. I just came back from my 5th trip South Korea, after all! Sheet masks are like a drip for the skin – they infuse the skin with moisture for an extended period of time so if your skin is looking slack, dry and just yuck then a sheet mask is worth a go. This one also smells good too!

Next up is a Alterna Caviar CC Cream for the hair. A CC Cream for the hair? Yes, that’s right. I love creams like these and you can use them either on wet or dry hair. For dry hair this is perfect if your ends are feeling a bit dry and for wet hair this is great to use as a heat protector or leave-in conditioning treatment. And because summer weather tends to dry out the hair I would use this more often than not. Starting right now…

Perfect legs? Yes, puhleasse! This Works Perfect Legs Skin Miracle promises miraculous things for the legs. This is a tinted multi-vitamin serum for the legs that not only works to pamper them and treat them but also to perfect them by hiding imperfections. I’m pretty sure I have one slightly blotchy shin that probably only I notice but that always bothers me. So I think I will definitely be giving this a go in the summer when it’s time to bare the legs…

I love a good natural face cream and have tried Madara before which I really liked! This Madara Mini Smart Day Cream is both natural and organic (double points!) and has some very interesting botanical ingredients such as lichen, moss and fern which are chock-full of antioxidants. I won’t say no…

I’m very excited about the next brand, Omorovicza, which I’ve spoken about a lot – especially this weekend. I’m obsessed with their Ultramoor Mud Mask so why wouldn’t I be excited about this Omorovicza Cleansing Foam? This one is super gentle so great for removing make-up without stripping off all the natural oils that the face needs. I love the mini size of this as well and I will certainly popping this in my carry on when travelling.

Okay I’m obsessed with mini antibacterial gels for the hands so was pretty happy to add this Merci Handy Hand Cleansing Gel to my stash. One can never, ever have enough antibacterial hand gels (or lipstick for that matter).

And one of the best for last in my book is the Laura Geller Balance and Brightener. Now I was intrigued when I saw this product because I wasn’t sure if it was a powder or a bronzer. Turns out it’s neither. It’s a brightening foundation in a powder form – so cute and so handy to carry for on-the-go touch-ups. Seriously why didn’t anyone think of this one before? You can either use this in place of your normal foundation or blend it into your existing one. I’ll be using this for touch-ups – that’s fo sure.
