I love lookbooks because you can see how the clothes look on a REAL person which I find is so useful when shopping. I never buy anything until I actually see a picture of the item of clothing on a person. I love how ASOS has its catwalk videos so you can see how the clothes move and look on a real person – absolutely genius! I’ve put together some of my favourite looks from this fall so far for a fall lookbook. Let’s not say goodbye to Bardot tops or off-the-shoulder blouses yet okay? I’m just not ready.
Off-the-shoulder
Bardot tops or off-the-shoulder tops had a huge comeback this summer and I absolutely love them but how do you transition them into autumn? I have paired my top (below) from Set Trendz with a pair of jeans from Topshop and some lovely ankle boots from Kaleidoscope. Keep the look feminine and classy with delicate jewellery. I’ve paired mine here with some of the latest pieces from Pandora (more on that lookbook HERE). I love how classic and feminine that these tops are and you can throw a jacket over them if you get chilly!

Flare Sleeves
Flare sleeves or bell sleeves are big this fall and I LOVE them. I’ve gone for a 70s throwback here with high-waisted flare jeans from Lindex and this Flare Sleeves Blouse from Set Trendz.

Harem Pants
On the weekends I am all about comfort. I like minimal make-up and comfy clothes – especially as it gets colder and I move away from more curve-hugging clothing. When it’s chilly I like to go for something loose and stretchy preferably! These Harem Pants (link here) from Set Trendz are really comfy and go well with metallic slides (mine are from Boohoo) and a simple white t-shirt.

Ombre
Ombre can be seen everywhere – from hair to nails – so why not wear it on your clothes? This casual long sleeve top from Set Trendz goes well with white jeans or trousers. With this one just keep it simple and wear it with white jeans while you still can!

Bomber Jacket
Bombers are back in a big way and I love them – they go with everything and are a great item to make any outfit more casual. I think pairing one over a metallic skirt and a white t-shirt and a pair of trainers seems like a perfectly reasonable #ootd to me. My bomber (link here) is paired with white jeans from Boohoo as well as my favourite trainers for fall – these Lacoste salmon pink trainers are my go-to shoes for fall – I absolutely love them!

I really like Lacoste trainers – they are really comfortable and the leather is so soft and supple. I’ve gotten so many compliments on these because they are salmon pink which is a really unique colour. They go with everything and are the ultimate city shoe for autumn/winter. These trainers are part of Lacoste’s new collection for AW16 and I don’t even think they are available yet so keep your eye out for them when they arrive! They were a lifesaver for me during London Fashion Week.

Bell Sleeve Dress
As I mentioned I love both a Bardot top and also a bell-sleeve top so what if the two combine into one and become a Bardot bell-sleeve dress? Dreams can come true! I love this one (link here) and you can definitely throw a long line coat over a dress like these and pair it with a pair of boots for a gorgeous fall look (just choose a sunny day on which to wear it!).

Silk shirt
Okay so this is not actually a silk shirt (link here) but it looks like one so that’s all that matters! And it’s much less expensive than a silk shirt. I love silk shirts however because they are perfect for work wear. Lovely tucked into a pair of culottes or wide-legged trousers. And no matter what, they always look classy and never go out of style!
